Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and 3rd Space Global, Inc. (“3rd Space,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of 3rdspace.xyz and related products, including accounts, community features, event information, the careers board, and job applications (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” includes that company.

Some features require an account. We may verify accounts by phone number, email, or other methods we choose. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity on your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion, including if we believe these Terms have been violated or that your use creates risk for us or others.

3rd Space dinners, guest lists, and related community programs are curated. An account, a listing, or use of the website does not entitle you to an invitation, membership, or any particular status. We may grant, withhold, or revoke access to events and community features at any time.

The careers board lets companies post roles and, where enabled, lets candidates apply. Listings are submitted by users and may be reviewed before they appear. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, open, or that an application will be received, reviewed, or accepted.

If you post a listing, you represent that you are authorized to do so, that the content is lawful and accurate, and that you will handle applicant information in accordance with applicable law. If you apply, you authorize us to share your application materials with the listing poster and their organization.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile information, listings, and applications). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share. We may remove content at any time.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, impersonate, or mislead others
• Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
• Post spam, malware, or content that violates others' rights

The Services, including our name, logo, design, and original content, are owned by 3rd Space Global, Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from our materials except as allowed by these Terms or by law.

The Services may link to third-party sites or use third-party providers (for example SMS, email, hosting, and file storage). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3rd Space Global, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You will indemnify and hold 3rd Space Global, Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
